我的Ｈ１刚更新，五月初提交了４８５（ＮＩＷ），因为家里有急事，申请了紧急ＡＰ回中国，用AP回来后，学校ＨＲ的人说我的ＡＰ把Ｈ１给盖了，要求马上停止工作。现在EAD还没批，请问这种情况怎么办，可以重新申请H1b吗？
