-Not need any. You only need to provide the I-20 and your financial support documents (e.g. bank statement, etc.) which show you have enough money to support your study. Also, you have no problem on your current status, so it should be fine for you to get the F-1 visa in China. You may be asked during the visa interview why you plan to come back to school to study after you worked for a few years.

现在我有一封employment letter，是以原来老公司的title写的，还有老板的签名。信上写我的雇佣日期到目前为止。但是如果我准备success in interest letter的话，岂不是跟我这封雇佣信矛盾了。我都不知道现在怎么办了。移民律师强烈建议我回国。但是文件却不帮我准备，还说不知道，什么都不知道。 老板和移民律师真是坑的要死了。
