8老师你好：公司办绿卡打广告失败，说等六个月，今年十一月继续办，顺利的话，2016年一月申请PERM。说可以提高招聘要求，但又不能量身定制，怕Audit的，可要求太低会失败。有什么建议吗？

2. 已拿到H1B，今年十月一后可以激活也可以选者2016年十月L1B失效后激活，但H1B的最终有效期是2017年10月。考虑到现在申请绿卡的进度，是不是选择2015年十月激活对我更有利？
-Your status will be H-1B automatically on Oct. 1 unless your employer withdraw it before Oct. 1. If so, you will lose the H-1B quote.

如果线公司申请绿卡还拖的话，是不是可以换工作？
-Up to you.

3. 为了继续在2017年延期H1B， Perm必须在2016年10月申请，这样的话，换工作对我有利吗？
-Depends on whether the new employer will file PERM/I-140 for you very soon. So, you need to negotiate with the new employer about this issue to make sure they sponsor your green card in time. After the PERM is approved, your employer may use premium processing to get the I-140 approved in 15 days, thus you can use the approved I-140 to extend your H-1B beyond the 6 year limit even if the PERM is filed after Oct. 2016.

如果换的话，何时最好？
-Any time after Oct. 1, 2015. The sooner, the better.
