我的H1b今年9月到期，上周把延期材料寄出，目前没有收到receipt.没有办理加急，估计几个月后才有结果。去年8月回国时有申请签证，有效期到今年8月。
我打算今年5月初出境3周，我可以持有效签证入境么？

还是需要拿到h1b receipt才可以出境？
-Not need it. Use the H-1 visa, your current H-1 approval notice and the employment verification letter from your employer to reenter US.
