求助：F1OPT，副申请人递了485，EAD卡未拿到，由于工作需要不得不办H1B，H1B能批吗？
-Yes, but had better do it before the OPT expires so that you can work as F-1 OPT until Oct. 1 without using I-485 based EAD.
