她的TN要2017年才过期， 这种情况是不是change her status from TN to H1B不需要出境？
-Right, normally the H-1 approval will have I-94 in this case.


感觉她们律师一直在强调她的现在的TN status 因为I-485的提交 变得invalid了。
-Not true. I-485 filing does not affect the pre-existed any status such as TN, F-1, etc. But she can not extend the TN status after filing I-485.
