H1-B 回国探亲

我刚刚拿到h1-b，我打算2月份回国探亲，我想问一下回国从新那新的签证，容易吗？需要多少时间办签证？
如果难，我可以去加拿大申请签证吗？哪一个方法比较容易省时间？
因为公司只给3个星期的假期，所以想问大家去那里申请签证比较容易？省时间？
