您好，请问老师，

我的NIW140通过了。但是排期可能到2017年。我的第二个H1B 2016年底过期。 我如果处理签证问题。
-Use your approved NIW I-140 to extend your H-1 for another 3 years beyond the 6-year H-1 limit before your current H-1 expires. You can do it again and again until you get your green card.
