我的H1B签证明年5月1号到期，I-140已经在2012年批准。有个新的工作机会非常感兴趣，新公司也支持H-1B签证。求教有经验的高人指点我的时间是否还可以换工作。非常感谢！
-Yes and you can use the approved I-140 to get 3-year H-1 when your new employer files H-1 transfer, but your new employer needs to sponsor your green card (do the same paperwork all over again). The current approved I-140 can not be used for future I-485 filing.
