Teacher 8, when can I file my 7th year H1B extension

PERM PD Jan 18, 2014 currently waiting for audit reponse
H1B exipre on Dec 8, 2015

when can i file my 7th year H1B extension?
Do I just need a screen shot of my PERM showing it is in process?

If i go back home next year, can I choose not to recapture the date in my 7th year extension of my H1B
but to recapture in my 8th or 9th H1B extension?
