朋友的孩子在美国毕业，他以前工作过的国内公司在加州设了分部，现在让他去上班，可以给他办H1, 也可以办L1B，随他自己。朋友问我哪个好，我也不知道，所以帮朋友问问。多谢各位！

H-1 need quote and there is not H-1 quote available currently and have to wait until April next year.
