-No general answer. Ask your employer to see whether they can wait. If you are in OPT now, you can continue to work until Oct. 1 when the H-1 is effective.

除了h1b还有什么可行的途经？
-May find a job in a university or non-profit research institute and apply for non-cap H-1..
