目前护照上的3年有效期的H1B visa stamp快要到期了，拿到extension的797 approval notice之后，还需要去美境外使馆去签一个新的H1B visa stamp吗？ 谢谢8老师！
-If you filed the H-1 extension before your current H-1 I-94 expired, your H-1 approval normally will have I-94. Thus, you don't need to go outside US to get the H-1 visa. If you travel outside US later after your visa stamp expires, you need to get the new H-1 visa to come back.
