如果律师坚持不回复RFE呢？会不会对我之后申请延期或者绿卡有不利影响？

-If you file I-485 before that date, you don't need to change your status. But you need to stop working until you get the EAD. Otherwise, you need to file change of status application if you can not file I-485 before you H1 expires.

如果485交了但是H1过期了，我将是什么身份呢？如果这时候离境，拿到AP/EAD后回来工作，不会有什么问题，对吗？
