What is the impact of the H1B approval without I-94 card?
-The I-94 means USCIS approve your legal stay in US and work with the H-1 approval. If the H-1 approval has no I-94, it means USCIS approve the employer to hire you, but do not approve your status, so you can not stay in US and need to leave US immediately and get the H-1 visa in China to enter US to work.
If I received the H1B approval without the I-94, Could I still work for the new employer for 1-2 months, then take a vacation to go back China and reentry US getting the new I-94? Or I have to stop working as long as I get the H1B without I-94?
Can I go to Canada or Mexico and reentry US to get the new I-94,-Probably no.
I have to go back China?-Yes.
