我及家人485 pending，我的H1B 月底到期（六年满），我的问题是：
1。我的EAD已经批准，但是被寄丢了，现在还没有解决此事，在此情况下，我当前的H1B 过期后再申请H1B，是属于延期还是相当于申请新的H1B？或者是无差别？
