快点开始工作，不知道新公司多久可以办下来H1B签证，我可以去新公司合法工作？我说让先给我办 TN,同时申请H1B，可是新公司让我自己去边境办 TN,。。我想知道的是，我是等H1B下来去新公司工作呢，还是自己先办个TN去工作？
是不是H1B要等到10月份才生效啊，这个7个月期间，我必须用TN，还是说H1B一批下来，我就可以去新公司工作？我在加拿大读完的研究生。以前有个申请过H1B，没用就失效了（现在过了三年了已经）。
