加拿大公民，拿TN在美国工作了7年多，2011年公司开始给办绿卡，EB2。PD是2011年的5月。上周公司让我申请H1B。现在的TN还有两年过期。我的问题是：
1，H1B一定可以申请到吗？
如果没有，对现在的TN还有什么影响？

我可不可以还用目前的TN接着工作？
-Yes.
2，对以后TN的续签有什么影响？
-If you have filed I-485, you can not renew TN. Use H1 or EAD to work in this case.
我知道H1可以有移民倾向，但TN不行。如果这次H1B没申请到，是不是说我就不能再申请TN了？
3，我现在的TN还有两年有效，而H1B又只有6年期，是不是等到明年再申请H1B会好些？这样时间可以拖长些？
-Up to you. But I would apply for the H1 now if possible because you can extend your H1 beyond the 6 year limit before youi get the green card if you have an approved I-140.
4，在等H1B的过程中（4月到10月），我可以不可以用TN进出美国？
-Yes if you have not filed I-485 yet.
