请问8老师的答复是基于:
1- Sponsor公司向 DHS/USCIS 撤了H1B.
2- Sponsor公司仅通知了 DHS/USCIS 公司的layoff, 但没有 撤H1B.
3- Sponsor公司不通知 DHS/USCIS, 也不撤H1B.
4- 还是上述 1 & 2 & 3 的影响没有区别.
-The principle is that you need to provide the recent 3 month paycheck stubs for the H1 transfer and if you were laid off about two months ago, and then you find a new job, your H-1 transfer probably will have no I-94 even if your old employer do not withdraw the H1 because your paycheck stubs have gap.
另外, 上次延 H1B时给的 H1B approval notice's I-94 结束日期会不会对下次的 H1B transfer 有影响 ?
(今年是H1B的第7年, 公司答应不撤 140, 重未出境申请过H1B 的 Visa stamp)
