我的 H1B work 今天结束. Perm 的485 已交了多于240天, 没用过EAD, 本月用了AP入境( 新给的I-94 (AOS) 是一年期的,到明年 2 月).

上次延 H1B时, 给的 approval notice's I-94是到明年3月结束. (今年是H1B的第7年, 重未出境申请过H1B 的 Visa stamp)

请问, 如果我找到下家后, 新的公司愿意申请 H1B, 那么这时候是H1B transfer, 还是H1B extention, 还是H1B的重新申请 ?

-H-1 transfer, but the H-1 transfer approval may have no I-94 if you can not provide your current paycheck stubs and thus, you need to go to China to get the H1 visa to activate your H1 status. Or you may just use EAD to work.

会不会给新的H1B批准书的I-94 ?

如果不给, 是否要出境签(去哪尔) ?
