亲爱的皮老师8老师：

我的朋友现在国内，申请H1B回美被Check滞留在国内。但他回国前AP 已批，只是要到三月初AP 才生效。

-Normally AP is effective when it is approved. Why is this AP effective in March? The principle is that the AP only can be used after it is effective. He can use the unexpired old AP to come back if he has one.

请问：他可以用AP回美吗？入关时可能会遇到什么样的问题？

-Use of AP is irrelevant to the H1 visa application checking.
