回复：H1B的问题：报社

有一家中文报社有意雇佣我。但牵涉到H1B的问题，我现在是F1。因为12年的额度早已用完，我只能通过被非营利性组织雇佣，才能获得H1B。可是报社可以算作非营利性组织吗？

我听说，即使不是非营利性组织，只要公司（报社）出面说明我的职位属于非营利性的，也可以申请到H1B。请问是有这样的政策吗？
