1。 我是北京人，应该北京美国大使馆就可以办理吧？(

不需要去广州吧)

 

2。H1B 返签都需要带什么材料呢(checklist)？

-Your H-1 approval notice, the copy of the H-1 petition documents (i.e. I-129 with the LCA approval and previal wage determination), an employment verification letter from your employer (HR Diretor) and other non-immigration visa required document such as passport, photos, etc. (check US embassy website in China).
