本来是H1B，如果被LAYOFF, 我的身份就只能是跟我爱人（他也是H1B）而变成H4．我现在急于想知道的是H4将来如何能转回成H1B？

-Ask your bew employer to file I-129 H-1B petition as you got your first-time H1. Not need to get the new H-1 quote if you have worked for a company before (e.g. you work for  a company curretly).
