现在处于485pending期间，EB1的，据估计大约年底会有消息。但我的H1B很快要到期，手里有EAD卡，打算以此继续工作，但律师提醒我这样有风险：万一485被拒，身份就没了。所以心里在纠结，究竟值不值得再花那份钱去做H1B延期。请高人指点。
-If your EB1 I-140 has been approved, normally the I-485 will be approved unless you lose your job before the I-485 is approved. Even if the I-485 is denied, you still can ask the emplolyer to file the H1 petition, then you can go to CHina to get the H1 visa to come back. So, if you will pay the H1 petition fee and lawyer fee, you may just use EAD if your EB1 I-140 has been approved. If your EB1 I-140 is not approved yet, you had better extend your H1.
另：我的NIW 140也批了，不过没递交485，如果EB1的485被拒，而且又是使用EAD卡工作(EB1B没延期)，这种情况下，在申请NIW的485，会有什么样的麻烦？
