我已经有EAD，PD是08年12月，正在等绿卡。但我用H1B进入美国，移民官在I-94上写成了L-1。因为L-1签证是非移民签证，这会影响我的绿卡吗？另外，我的H1B将于明年一月到期，是否还可以延期H1B？多谢在先！
