虽然离离婚还比较远，但是还是想问问我这种情况，我不喜欢他拿着根本不是我把柄似的把柄，不喜欢被他同情似的跟我在一起，也不喜欢他以为我是因为临时绿卡的缘故而呆在婚姻里。
我刚拿到临时绿卡不到一个月，有效期到2014年9月份，而在此之前我的H１B我还有H1B，有效起到2014年12月份，我的NIW的priority date是2010年11月，收到婚姻绿卡还没有去update我的SSN（only valid for work）和现在的Human Resource update我的信息，也就是说HR还是我的H１B的记录，这种情况下，如果我一气之下取消我的临时绿卡的话，我的H1B还是有效的么？谢谢！
