多谢回复！ 要是公司withdraw 140的话就没有办法extend了吗？ 我记得在哪里看到过说只要原来的申请没有fraud，即使公司withdraw，也可以保留PD.

-Correct, not the same, but most employers normally do not withdraw the I-140 because no law requires that they have to do it, and they lose nothing if they do not withdraw the I-140.
