请教老师和高仁:

H1B返签被 CHECK, 等不及就用AP了先回美了.

那么能不能等 H1B 的 CHECK 批下来后, 再回国一次盖上H1B签证, 然后用 H1B 返签回美 ?

需不需要做利弊分析 ?
