我的H1B四月三十号由律师递交到移民局， status一直是pending，

8月底的时候问律师，状态还是pending，说是办到了4月15号，

结果今天10月1号状态还是pending，公司说paycheck只能停了，

请问怎么办？？谢谢老师们回答，非常感谢！

-Ask the employer to file I-907 premium processing to get it approved in a few days to 15 days. I heard some people said that USCIS want to get more money, so they delay to process the H1 cases so that the people can use premium processing (pay extra $1225)
