H4十月五号到期，转F1的申请九月一号递交并已收到RECEIPT,F1的申请PENDING，已注册上学。现有一POSTDOC的OFFER大概会在九月底或十月初收到，那么问题是：我应该什么时候WITHDRAW之前的F1申请？
如果在十月五号之后，H1B一递交上去就withdraw,我会不会out of status?我需要离开美国等H1B批准后再回来吗？
-If you file the h1 before your H4 I-94 expires, you can withdraw your F-1 applicaiton. Otherwise, your status will have a gap if you withdraw the F-1 application and thus, your H1 approval will have no I-94. But if you do not withdraw the F-1, then you have to see whether the h1 is approved first or the F-1 is approved first. So, your final status will be decided by which application is approved at last.
我一旦退学，INTERNATIONAL ADVISOR 会马上报告USCIS,那我的F1是否立刻就无效了？那样的话，我还需要写信withdraw吗？
我是否应该等到H1B批准那一天再去退学，并且withdraw之前的F1申请哪？
INTERNATIONAL ADVISOR说目前F1的批准时间大约是90天。
