最近有一个公司想要我。但他们说，你现在晚了，H1B名额用完了，要等明年才行；而我的opt年底到期。我间接听说，phd不受h1b名额限制？有这回事情吗？

-There is not any immigration law/policy specific to the Ph.D degress holder. If you work in a university/college or non-profit organization,, your H1 is 不受h1b名额限制 no matter what degree you hold.
