刚拿到新工作的offer,旧的工作也刚提出辞职，可能在新工作的律师递出H1B transfer后（或是递交前），旧的工作就没了，请问这样H1B transfer会有问题吗？

-Fine unless your current employer withdraw the H1 before your new employer file the H1 transfer petition.

在H1B transfer期间，我能离开美国回加拿大吗？

-Yes, but you can not work for your new employer when you return to US during the h1 transfer is pending.
