除了H1 amendment，还有哪些paperwork 需要做？

-THe same procedure as a new H-1 petition filing.

需要在H1 amendment上指定part-time小时数吗？

-Yes such as 25 hours/week or 25-30 hours/week, etc. If the working location is changed, it is needed to be indicated in the LCA and I-129.
