我在industry 工作，今年二月递交了485 （EB2 perm),现在有一个offer， 是不是到8月以后（递交了485 满180天以后）就不用担心换工作影响绿卡的批准了？

-The change of job does not affect your I-485 as long as the new job is in the same/similar field.

我想我需要做H1B transfer,这个需要多长时间呢。在此期间可以在新公司上班吗？

-After USCIS receive your H1 transfer petition, you can work for the new employer immediately.
