Thanks a lot for your reply. I heard for the master degree, there would be some flexibility in the H1B application. Does that mean if have the master degree, I still have the possibility to apply for the H1B visa even if the quota is already used up? What if someone got the quota and the application was denied? Will the quota be released for other people?
