请问8老师关于H1B extension beyond the 6-year limit

请问140已经approved，485交上已经超过180天，但是排期未到，H1B在6年之后是

延期一年还是三年呢？现在看AC21106a和104c看的很糊涂。好像104c说可以申请

三年延期是140批准，但是因为排期原因不能提交485？谢谢！
