我的EB-2 I485 pending 过了180天了. LD是副申请人决定从现在的C公司跳槽去A公司.A不给H1B Transfer. 所以得用EAD工作. 要是1个月后另有B公司有意给offer并愿Transfer H1B. 老师上次的回答是LD得回中国签H1B. 可要是C公司愿继续把LD留在payroll上几个月(contractor or part-time)直到LD能接上B公司的H1B, 这现有C公司的H1B和使用EAD在A上班有冲突吗 (允许这样的dual status吗)?

-Fine beacuse you have EAD, you can work for a few employers at the same time.

如B公司Transfer H1B时LD还在C公司的payroll上, LD还得回中国签H1B从而到B公司上班吗?

-If the H1 transfer approval has the I-94, you do not need to go to China to get the visa.
