LD副申请人, 准备用EAD换工作. 新公司A不给办H1transfer. 现在另外还有个公司B有意出offer, 可以transfer H1. 如果LD先去了新公司A, 用了EAD, 半年以后想去公司B,

还可以transfer或者从新申请 H1么?
