I am confused what he/she said the following:

"2. 在B公司用H1B干了三年半，期间：

一年后I-140获批。

三年后，延H1B三年。这样到终止日期累计H1B超过六年，不过因为I-140已批，没问题。"

I thought he/she used up the 6 year H1 limit and perhaps it was my misunderstanding and his/her lawyer may have made a mistake to only transferred/extended his/her H1 for one year.

最后，我想说，我不知道现在怎么解决她的问题最好。也许有二：

一、现在重新递一份H1B转换申请？不涉及前一公司已批140的问题，直接要求剩下的两年？

-Yes, but he/she can extend it for another 3 years at one time using the approved I-140 (if it is not withdrawn) because normally the old employer does not withdraw the I-140 (the employer does not lose anything even if the I-140 is not withdrawn). The H1 extension only can be filed in advance up to 6 months before the current H1 expires.

二、或者就这么认了，等一年后再递份H1B延期的申请，要求最后剩下的那一年？当然了，如果她顺利的话，新公司的PERM和140又批了，她也可以比照前公司的办法，直接要求三年，其中后两年当然是六年之外的

（如果到时排期又当前了，那就要求再加六年之外的一年，一共是两年？-Correct, but ask for 3 years and let USCIS decide it.）。
