请教八老师，H1B TRANSFER GAP是从最后一张PAY STUB的日期到 petition filing date 还是

请教八老师，H1B TRANSFER GAP是从最后一张PAY STUB的日期到 petition filing date 还是到H1B approval date?


 


从petition filing date 到H1B approval date 中间还有三四个月的时间（如果不用premium service的话），这段时间是否算在GAP里？


 


同样的，这三四个月是否算在绿卡申请中out of status的180天限额中。
