第一个3年到期时间是。如果是2012年9月30号寄出去，那新的3年是从2012年11月30号算起，还是从9月30号算起？

还有，配偶的H4也要跟着延期吗？


 


 



-Depends on which date your employer indicates on the LCA and I-129 as the start date of the new extended H-1 and normally your employer/lawyer will put "2012年11月30号" as the new H-1 start date so that your H-1 status will not have a gap.

-Yes if the H4 I-94 will expire as the H-1 I-94 at the same time.
