办H1B要广告吗？

I start to work for a company 1 year ago with CPT, so the ad is too old. I am wondering if ad is necessary to apply for H1B. Our company is very small, 3-4 persons, my salary is 60K, how likely my H1B will be rejected? is it helpful to have a higher salary? If so, I will be motivated to ask for a raise.:)
