我是加拿大公民，太太的公司Sponsor 她的Greencard申请.我现在持H4 Visa, 在美国海关申请TN被据了，并被告知我不能再在美国作专业工作了。我想，即便我有移民倾向，如果有公司SPONSOR　H1B　VISA，应该没有什么问题吧？

-You are right and have no problem to get the H1 status (change it from H4 to H4 in US or get the H1 I-94 at the US-Canada border).
