-Do you mean your 6 year H1 will end in June? I don't think you can get the I-140 approved in June, but you can leave US (e.g. in April or May) before your H1 reaches the 6 year limit. Then, ask your employer to use premium processing to get the I-140 approved and do the H1 extension beyond the 6 year limit using the approved I-140. Then, you can come back (e.g. August or September, depends on when the H1 extension is approved) to US to work. Use the premium process to get the H1 approved in 15 days, if necessary.
