请问，如果一开始决定跳槽，后来又想留在原来的公司，但是H1B 已经Transfer了，这
种情况下一定要去新公司吗？

-Yes. Final action rule does not apply to your cases and immigration rule allows you to have H1 status from two or more employers at the some time. If you do not work for the new employer, your H1 status sponsor from that company is invalid automatically.
