complicated H1B extension after 6year

请皮大侠和8大师分析一下:

First NIW (I140&485 2007.7)just be dismissed (Apppeal, MTR) but the status of I485 is still pending. (should be denied later)

Secound NIW (I140 2010.11--3days earlier for H1B extension)was approved.

My 3-year extension (after 6y H1B) was based on 2nd I140. It was submitted in Sept 2011 and now is "intial review". Should I extend 1year?

Drivers licences was extended temporarily (60days) and expired...

According to current progress, may 2 or 3 months later my 2nd I140 could be cuurent. If my first 485 is still pending, can I re-link it to 2nd I140?
