在收到H1B receipt之前就去上班会如何？

律师打算17号Fedex overnight寄出申请，预计USCIS在18号收到，20号发email receipt，23号刚好可以上班。

但如果email receipt是24号上午收到，23号那天能上班吗？如果上了，将来会有麻烦吗？
