现为财务分析师, I-140 已批，I-485排期未到，用H1B已经工作8年了。欲在同一公司内换为成本会计。

请问还可以用原来的I-140去申请新的3年H1B吗？

-Yes.

PERM， I-140要重新办吗？

-Technically, yes, but practically you may not need to do anything because USCIS normally does not check it carefully. If they check it, your employer just say you will do the "财务分析师" again after you get the green card and then, you will be OK.
