我是副申请人，也会影响485的审批吗？


-You need to prove your legal stay during the entire period of time since your last entry. That H1 approval notice and the H1 I-94 is one of such the evidences.


 


 能不能先递交，过两个星期以后等律师给我找出来以后再补寄？


-Have to wait for the RFE.
